It Is Christ in You: The Grace to Serve God

"Apart from Me You Can Do Nothing"   One of the greatest truths every believer must continually remember is this: there is no goodness in ourselves apart from Christ.   This statement may seem difficult to accept because we naturally like to think that we possess enough goodness, kindness, love, or compassion within ourselves. Yet Scripture paints a very different picture.   The Bible teaches that apart from God, our hearts are naturally inclined toward selfishness and self-centeredness. Even our best intentions are stained by our fallen nature. We cannot produce the kind of righteousness that pleases God through human effort.   Without Christ, we do not possess the power to truly love as He loves, forgive as He forgives, or show mercy as He shows mercy. Whatever genuine goodness flows from our lives is not produced by us—it is Christ expressing His life through us.   When we were born again, something miraculous happened. We did not simply a...

Where Will You Spend Your Eternity?

The return of Jesus Christ is not a myth, nor is it a symbolic event. It is a certain and imminent reality. The Bible repeatedly reminds us that Christ will return, and when He does, every person will stand before God. Whether one believes it or not does not change the truth of it. Throughout history, humanity has held one common understanding across cultures, tribes, and religions: life does not end at death. Deep within the human heart is the awareness of eternity. Most people, regardless of religion, believe there is a place of reward and a place of punishment , Heaven and Hell. Only a small percentage deny the existence of anything beyond this life. But for the majority, there remains the unavoidable question: Where will I go when I die? This is not a question to be answered after death. It must be answered now, while we are still alive. If you ask people, “Do you want to go to Heaven?” almost everyone will say yes. No one desires torment, separation, or eternal punishment. Yet whe...

The Silent Door: How Unresolved Offense Drives People Out of the Church

Image
Luke 17:1"Then He said to the disciples, 'It is impossible that no offenses should come, but woe to him through whom they do come!'" (NKJV) When we study the teachings of Jesus, we discover that His words touch every area of human life. Nothing was outside the scope of His concern, not our relationships, attitudes, motives, leadership, or conduct toward one another. In Luke 17:1, Jesus addresses a reality that every believer will eventually face: offense . Notice that Jesus did not say offenses might come. He said it is impossible  that they should not come. In other words, offense is not an occasional occurrence but an unavoidable reality in a fallen world. As long as imperfect people interact with one another, opportunities for hurt, disappointment, misunderstanding, and conflict will arise. Yet Jesus did not stop there. He immediately added a solemn warning: "But woe to him through whom they do come!" While stumbling blocks are inevitable, God holds acco...

Anointed but Unprotected: The Danger of a Shepherdless Generation (Gen Z)

Image
In these momentous times, an unprecedented amount of attention has shifted toward Generation Z (Gen Z), echoing across both secular and spiritual landscapes. The eyes of the world are locked on this demographic, collectively wondering: What will they do next ?Politically, socially, and spiritually, this generation holds the keys to the immediate future. They are poised to carry the weight of an entire era, whether within the walls of the church or out in the structures of society. Within Christian circles, various prophetic labels have been placed upon them. Some call them the Joshua Generation , others the Caleb Generation,   and some the Gideon Generation.   Yet, regardless of the nomenclature, the ultimate objective remains one and the same: The Last Days Harvest . However, as we look at the reality of this generation, we find a profound paradox. The Secular vs. The Spiritual Reality When we examine the secular world, our goal is not to condemn or judge, but rathe...

The War Between Scripture and Man-Made Tradition

Image
We are living in an extraordinary era, a generation where the Spirit of God is moving actively and powerfully across the earth. Yet, parallel to this spiritual awakening, we cannot deny a sobering reality: a massive wave of confusion and spiritual deception is simultaneously at work. The enemy is operating on two distinct fronts. On one hand, the devil is subtly twisting the truth of God’s word, attempting to make sin look casual, progressive, and completely normal. On the other hand, he uses a far more deceptive tactic: leveraging religion and human tradition to manipulate sincere hearts. For many people in our world, the truth remains entirely unknown simply because no one has preached it to them, and they have never sought it out. But for others, the tragedy is deeper, they hear the exact truth of God, yet they ignore it, choosing instead to believe that their inherited opinions are the ultimate reality. The Purpose and Authority of Scripture Apostle Paul establishes an unshakeable ...
